Get Involved!
Everyone involved in the healthcheck is a volunteer, and more volunteers are always welcome. What can be achieved here in Broughton Astley is pretty much limited only by the amount of effort we can collectively put in. (If you need a refresher on what has been done so far then have a look here.)
If you can spare some time, and would like to be able to see the fruits of your efforts in the place where you live, then get in touch. Don't worry if meetings aren't your thing, there are plenty of ways to give some time which don't involve minutes which run on for hours. (And if meetings are your thing, there's a steering group and several subgroups who would love to hear from you).
The single biggest event which relies on people like you giving some time is Carnival. It takes dozens of volunteers to make the day run smoothly, or if you'd like to get more involved the committee plan for the event throughout the year and would be delighted with your input.
